Soothing Gentle Yoga Class

Join me for a 20-minute evening hatha yoga class designed to help you destress and unwind. In this class, we will focus on flexibility and perform postures that release stress and tension in the body. We will start with mindful breathing before moving into yoga poses.

This gentle and soothing yoga class is suitable for all experience levels. It aims to help you relax and stretch your body, particularly during times of anxiety when you want to ground yourself.

We will conclude the class with breathwork, practicing the three-part breath (Dirga Pranayama). No props are required.
